Nation wide Children's Day celebrations begin

New Delhi: Nation wide children's day celebrations kick starts today. In India each day hundreds of child abuse cases are reporting. The worst thing is that, in most cases, they are attacked by persons who are responsible to save them from abuses. But the actual rate is higher than the registered cases. In this backdrop we celebrate National Children’s Day. Government introduces many proposals to prevent child abuses, but often most of them are not being practical.
